Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & HR Manager at Owings Patterns in Sellersburg, IN. The Finance & HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, coordinating payroll and benefits, administering HR policies, conducting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Financial management, budgeting, and payroll administration skills (ADP)
- HR policy administration and compliance knowledge
- Experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in financial software and HR systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field
